Christian tours

Capernaum, Bethesda, Mount Zion - you've been hearing about these places in Bible stories since you were a kid. Or maybe you remember the more famous ones - Jerusalem, the Sea of Galilee and the Jordan River. You may have a vague, blurry picture of these holy sites in your mind but never actually touched them.

Now, imagine coming on a trip with family or friends, and actually seeing and breathing in these spots.
Together we'll read the related Bible verses and learn what was discovered in the archeological excavations there!

As the famous poet Robert Frost once said, "Poetry is what gets lost in translation." We'll study some of the Old Testament (Tanah) verses in Hebrew too, and reveal deeper meanings and interpretations. There are many more layers to uncover through a close reading of the original, lyrical Hebrew words.

I have a deep, personal connection to the Tanach (Old Testament). My father used to read us Tanach stories when my siblings and I were little kids, guiding and encouraging us to analyze them. I would be honored to share this love of exploration with you.

Another aspect that fascinates me is the similarities between Judaism and Christianity. I would like to offer you the opportunity to delve into those connections from the early days of Jesus in the first century, when most of the people who walked this land were Jewish, including Jesus himself. For interfaith families, I believe it may be even more meaningful.

I invite you to plan with me a personal tour of Israel where we follow in the footsteps of Jesus and the stories from the Old Testament. We'll also get to know today's modern Israel - its people, flavors, culture, lifestyle and innovation.
