The Land of 1000 caves: Guided tour of Beit Guvrin, the biblical story of David and Goliath and a boutique winery

Around the charming Judean lowlands, in the area where Samson fell in love with Delilah, there lie thousands of caves hidden beneath the surface! These caves, quarried some 2000 years ago, had different uses such as oil presses, dovecotes, hideaways, burial areas, and more. On our tour we’ll visit Beit-Guvrin national park, a UNESCO World Heritage site distinguished as a unique microcosm of "the land of the caves", and explore this amazing world. Afterwards, we will arrive in Tel Azeka, a beautiful observation point which overlooks the arena of the famous biblical battle between David and Goliath 3000 years ago. We'll end with a visit to a boutique winery, where we'll enjoy tasting different wines made from the grapes of the numerous local vineyards that surround the area.
